Dear Fellow American Travel & Tourism Stakeholders, Tourism to the United States is a significant part of the country’s economy.
As international partners promoting tourism to the United States, you know that it has never been as important as it is now to make our international visitors feel welcome here. In order to do so, it is important to understand their concerns and fears, as well as their motivation for visiting the United States.
As a result, the World Tourism Network has launched “Visit USA”, a new initiative designed to enhance visitors’ experiences in this country.
We thank you for being a member of the World Tourism Network. If you’re not yet a member of WTN click here.
Visit USA is designed to educate and assist you in creating a welcoming environment for international travelers coming to the United States. The first impression helps to maintain or re-establish a positive image for our country.
For example, we all know how intimidating it can be to arrive after many hours of travel to a foreign country where you may or may not speak the language and be confronted by a scary looking immigration officer.
Did you know the Global Entry program is currently available to citizens from Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Bahrain, Colombia, Croatia, Dominican Republic, India, Japan, Germany, Mexico, Netherlands, Panama, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.
Educating your clients so they are aware and can utilize the Global Entry program will improve their travel experience by eliminating the stress of questioning and getting them access to the U.S. within minutes after landing.
We welcome International Visitors with Open Arms ? Do you?
Tourism Export is a significant part of the US economy. It starts with a friendly face by US Customs and Immigration officers. A friendly face can get a lot more information compared to a scary looking officer. The first impression helps to maintain or re-establish a positive image for our country.
